Amazing service and great location if you want something more relaxed and quiet. The staff are so helpful and go above and beyond to help with any issues and ensure you’re having the best experience possible on Gili T. Great spot to watch the sunset. If you’re looking to be in the thick of it and party, you will need to hire a bicycle or horse to get to the other side (bars seem to be around the harbour, on the opposite side to the resort). Rooms are clean and bed is super comfortable. Had some of the best sleeps I’ve had in a long time! Air con is great too. Bathroom is outdoors which feels fitting for a tropical resort. There isn’t much hot water but when it’s so hot outside, it didn’t bother us much. My only negative is the rooms have touch screen buttons. Would prefer these to be real buttons to control blinds and lights etc. Will definitely stay here again if we come to Gili T again. The staff made our experience 10/10.

This hotel is beautiful. The staff are amazing, so friednly and great service which made our stay. The aircon in the room was sadly quite poor and mosquitos got through the large gaps in the door leading to some sleepless nights. The bike hire linked ro the hotel was poor, with the bikes being covered in rust for a premium rate, when we asked to change our bikes it was always a hassle and when changed we would go to shower and return to then be told our good bikes were broken so we had to use the rusty uncomfortable bikes, sorry to report. Great live music and cocktails are 10/10

This is one of the best hotel in Gili Trawangan. The staffs are amazing. Very mindful and helpful and everyone is very friendly here. We’ve been staying here two times and will become our place every time in Gili T. The room is spacious enough with good bathrooms too. The choice of breakfast is also two thumbs up . Enjoy Gili T Enjoy Indonesia 🇮🇩

Hands down best hotel stay of our 3 week trip. We had the private villa with a pool and wow wow wow is all I can say, it was beautiful. The service was exceptional and the food was really good. The location is away from the harbour but we wanted that, the vibe in and around the hotel was so peaceful and beautiful. I would recommend this hotel over and over again. Thank you for an amazing stay,

What a beautiful resort this is, a bit far from the harbour, which I liked it as we felt in peace in this beautiful island. The room is absolutely beautiful and I’ve really liked the fact that the shower/toilet is situated on the end of the room but on the outside, there is cover but there is also a part of it that is open. The staff is super friendly and hospitable, we’ve met some really nice people including the manager and supervisors that truly helped us in many situations. I got really sick one day and they were super helpful and attentive. The food was the best I’ve ever experienced in any resort that I’ve stayed in Bali.

We stayed for 4 nights at Kardia and absolutely loved every aspect of it. ✅️ The rooms. Beautifully decorated and clean. Ice cold air con that was perfect to return to after a day in the sun. ✅️ The pools. It was such a highlight to be able to go for a morning swim outside our room surrounded by lush tropical gardens. We also loved the front pool with a swim up bar which was perfect for seeing the sunset. ✅️ The location. Kardia is on the more "chilled" side of the island which was nice to escape to from the busy other side. We hired bikes each day (organised through a contact at the front desk) and biked around to different spots. I recommend asking for a bike with lights for night time biking. ✅️ The food and drinks. Breakfast was a highlight with yum savoury and sweet options, perfect flat white coffees and juices. We also had dinner here most nights with cocktails, beers etc all highly enjoyable. They usually have live acoustic music on in the evenings which really sets the scene. ✅️ The staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you to all the hardworking staff at Kardia - From Bryan at the front desk, to the restaurant team, to the cocktail maker guys, to the many garden staff helping to keep Kardia looking lush - Thank you! 💚

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Away from the port and busy areas. Staff every single one security, checking in, cleaning, wait staff, bartender were beyond fabulous!!! We booked a turtle trip and bikes with them on WhatsApp. I loved saying hello each person each day. So many beautiful kind people. Our room was perfect and loved the sunset, fire dance, open mic, the pools/cabana & clean healthy meals and beverages. Thank you so much Kardia Team we highly recommend this place!! Your sustainability efforts don’t go unnoticed!!

If you are looking for a place to rest, relax and have the best attention this is the right place, the attitude of all the staff is the best I found on the island. excellent food common areas and more.
